In March 2006 we were appointed by the Nuance Group’s global team to work with them on developing a new airport retail format and formulae. Following an 18 month design programme the result is a multi-category store that, through product presentation and layout, drives faster transaction times and gives the customer choices on dwell time, payment and queuing process.
The design is not hindered by site size or shape as there is no reliance on walls, the end result being faster turn around and therefore cost savings in store fit out. The concept launched in both the arrivals and departure halls at Malta International Airport and most recently at Bromma Airport, Sweden.
Our experience in the airport and travel sector is wide and
varied; from niche brands and tax and duty free stores to new concepts and retailing strategies for a global market. We have worked with both premium and day-to day brands on sites from 10sqft to 20,000sqft and can fully rise to the challenge of this fast paced retail world.
